Bank of India(RBI),A client of ours,a consultant/contractor with the
Bhoorathnom Construction Company (P) Ltd. (BRC) though now deceased,had a
financial portfolio with accrued profit and interest standing at Three Million
United States Dollars,without declearing a next of kin.

The deceased and his family were involved in a bomb blast that took place in
Dehi October 29 2005,Now the bank wants to declear the funds as Governments
funds if there is no next of kin to claim the funds.
